Returns & Exchanges
At SMG4 Store, we want you to love your gear, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
